1. Service Overview

KOLsHub provides Key Opinion Leader (KOL) marketing services for cryptocurrency and blockchain projects. Our services include campaign management, KOL coordination, content creation oversight, and performance analytics.

By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that marketing results can vary based on multiple factors including market conditions, project quality, and audience reception.

2. Campaign Performance & Results

No Guaranteed Results: While we work with verified KOLs and implement best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including follower growth, token price appreciation, sales volumes, or ROI percentages.

Estimated Metrics: All metrics shown on our website (impressions, engagement rates, ROI estimates) are based on historical averages and past campaign performance. Actual results may vary significantly.

External Factors: Campaign performance depends on factors outside our control including market sentiment, project fundamentals, competitor activity, and broader economic conditions.

3. Refund Policy

Service Delivery: Refunds are available ONLY if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services (number of KOL posts, content pieces, campaign duration, etc.).

Performance-Based Refunds: We do NOT offer refunds based on campaign performance, engagement metrics, or ROI outcomes. Marketing results are inherently variable and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: Campaigns can be cancelled with 7 days notice before launch for a 50% refund. Once a campaign is live, no refunds are available as services have been rendered.

Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing to communications@kolshub.com within 14 days of service completion with detailed justification.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about their project, clear campaign objectives, necessary marketing materials, and timely feedback during the campaign planning phase.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their project complies with all applicable laws and regulations. KOLsHub is not responsible for regulatory compliance of client projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before campaign launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cryptocurrency (USDT, ETH, BTC) and traditional payment methods.

Custom long-term packages may have milestone-based payment schedules as outlined in individual service agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created during campaigns remains the property of the client upon full payment. KOLsHub retains the right to use campaign results as case studies (with client approval) for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

KOLsHub's total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business opportunities.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration standards.

9. Modifications to Terms

KOLsHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
